Products purchased from our online store can be returned according to O.G. 130/2000, within 10 working days from receiving them. The return of the products must be announced in advance by email to adresainfo@legendarium.ro. Returned products must not be damaged or show signs of utility, and they ought to be accompanied by the invoice with which they were shipped. The shipment of the replaced products will be made within 3 working days from the receipt of the initial ones and the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. If the customer wants a refund of the value of the products, VISUS CULTURAL ASSOCIATION will return the value of the products within 3 working days from obtaining them. For this, we ask you to specify: your name, your IBAN number and the bank where your account is opened. The refund will not include transport costs.
In case the products are returned due to a non-conformity found by the customer upon receipt of the products (item / color / size different from those ordered, quality problems) all shipping costs will be borne by VISUS CULTURAL ASSOCIATION.
